Interested in joining a group of people on a journey as you learn and grow your Jewish Concepts? Chai Mitzvah is an engagement experience. It’s more than a program. It’s more than a typical adult education class.
Chai Mitzvah will provide you with the spark to further ignite Jewish life throughout Tampa.
Your group meets once a month for nine months to learn from a set curriculum provided by Chai Mitzvah. Some of the topics to be covered include:
- interpersonal relationships
- new insights and meaning to the Passover Seder
- Israel and the Jewish Spirit
- Gratitude and tzedakah
Chai Mitzvah is a program to enhance Jewish engagement. Like a book group, Chai Mitzvah network groups meet monthly with text-based source books on Jewish topics.
The low annual cost of $36 per person includes supplies and learning resources for your 9-month journey. Miss a session? No problem - the topics are unique each month. Throughout the year, there will also be opportunities to network with others participating in Chai Mitzvah groups in the Tampa Bay area.
Start a group with friends. Synagogues and organizations can also participate for any number of Chai Mitzvah groups – consider separate groups for Sisterhood, Brotherhood or Seniors.
